JANINA DZIADKOWIEC–KOZŁOWSKA, GUIDE SERVICES OFFICE “WĘDROWIEC” is implementing a project entitled “Increasing the resilience and competitiveness of a company operating in the tourism sector under Investment A1.2.1 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP), Region 3.”

The purpose of the project is to introduce new services aimed at diversifying the company’s operations (the project will help attract a broader customer base for the offered services), increasing resilience to crisis situations, and enhancing the company’s competitiveness in the tourism sector.

The project implementation will expand the company’s service portfolio with new services (not previously available in the current offer):

  1. a new online accommodation booking service worldwide,
  2. a new service offering the company’s own multi-day tours for individual clients, with fixed dates allowing participants to join groups and purchase online,
  3. a new premium-sector tour service (business guests, delegations, conference attendees) supported by high-end equipment.

Project scope includes:

  1. Purchase of intangible assets (IT services and graphic design services) aimed at:
    a) creating a 24/7 online sales platform for booking and selling tours and accommodation worldwide,
    b) developing an internal tour booking management system with offer and confirmation generators, accounting settlements, and supplier reports,
    c) creating a new logo for the new sales platform and the updated website.
  2. Purchase of new components of the tour guide system – a digital wireless system for guiding tourists.
  3. Purchase of new fixed assets – computer equipment to support the above systems.
  4. Purchase of training services – Business English.
